Firm Foundation

We want you to be assured that the advice we provide is backed up by top level training and experience.  Founder, Sue Priest, is an alumnus of the London Business School, awarded an MBA with Distinction in 2002.  Her specialisations included strategic transformation, innovation & creativity, corporate turnarounds and new business development.  Her overseas consultancy experience during this time included projects for Orlen in Poland and for De Beers in South Africa.

 

Quality

Sue delivered complex overseas software and hardware projects to the ISO9001 quality standard for Fujitsu, and understands how process and standards make for a better end result.  Sue also pioneered a rapid project management method (now known as agile) which enabled high quality delivery in very short timeframes.
